Prices

All prices are stated in English pounds. All transactions are in UK Sterling (GBP).

Sizes

All sizes are in inches and UK bra sizes.

Our minimum order value is £10.00

Methods of payment

We accept American express, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa, personal cheques (UK), postal orders (in British pounds) and money orders.

Delivery

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force, FedEx or Business Post depending on the weight of the order. Postage costs are

We aim to send your goods within 7 days but it can take up to 28 days at the most, depending on time of order, i.e. holiday periods etc. Please email us to check stock availability. For custom/made to measure orders this is a more involved process where we work closely with you to ensure we take the time to get the right information from you and to find out exactly what you want and need from your custom ideas.

NOTE - All products sent outside the European Union may be liable to Import Duty or Tax which Deviant has not included in its shipping charge. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Returns

Faulty Items
Please check the size and condition of your item upon receipt. We ask that our customers inform us within 21 days of receipt if they wish to return an item. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange thongs or pouches if they are found to be faulty or just not suitable. All our items are thoroughly checked before they leave us. But if however you receive a faulty item you can return it for a refund or an exchange. Any postage costs you incur for the return will be refunded to you.

Unwanted Items
If an item is not faulty but just unwanted it can returned in perfect unworn condition to us and we will exchange it for another item of the same value, please ensure you mark whether an item is unwanted and a UK RETURN. You will be asked to pay the postage on the exchange of an unwanted item.
If you wish to cancel your order before we send it you we may have to charge a percentage of the order for our inconvenience.

Wholesale
If you are interested in wholesaling our items please send us a SAE with letter-headed paper and business card to our PO Box address to be sent an info pack and whatever details you require about our wholesale policies.
